A builder seat. On the automation layer.

You own the internal automation roadmap end to end, from a documented spec through a shipped, working system. You work directly with engineering and delivery leadership to build the tools that make the whole agency faster. We are an AI-first shop, so the work you ship compounds across every team.

Agentic workflows

LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent, with Anthropic and OpenAI tool use and function calling. Pipelines that connect WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace and our internal CMS.

Internal tools

Systems that take manual hours off design and development production. You measure the hours saved and you keep shipping the next one.

The AI stack

MCP server integrations and the plumbing that makes our models useful in production. Clean, versioned, deployed, and maintained.

Blacksmith is a fully remote digital agency. We need a builder who has already shipped things with LLMs and can show it. Full time and fully remote. We care about what you have built and whether it works, not your resume or your school.
