You scope the build, understand the client's business objectives and tie the work back to them, drive efficiencies with AI, and you are the face of development on those accounts. You still write and review real code. We're an AI-first agency, so you spend less time on busywork and more on the decisions that matter.

Blacksmith is a fully remote digital agency building custom websites for clients across the US. This is a senior, client-facing lead for someone with strong custom WordPress and PHP, the ability to scope work against business goals, real fluency using AI to drive efficiency, and excellent English. US, Canada, Latin America, or South Africa.
